1. Who We Are

LoyalPass is a digital loyalty card platform enabling small and medium businesses in Israel to issue stamp cards to their customers. Cards are stored in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the following:

• Full name — for card identification
• Phone number — as unique identifier
• Stamp count — to manage the loyalty program
• Registration date — for business analytics
• Stamp events — when each stamp was added (no location data)

We do not collect: financial data, GPS location, browsing data, tracking cookies, or any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Operating your digital loyalty card
• Updating stamp count in your digital wallet
• Providing analytics to the business owner
• Sending a wallet notification when you earn a reward (via Apple/Google only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is shared only with:

• The business you registered with — for loyalty program management
• Supabase (database storage, AWS servers)
• Apple / Google — solely for Wallet functionality

5. Data Security

Your data is stored on secured servers with full encryption. Database access is restricted to LoyalPass staff only, using secured API keys.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your card is active. Upon card removal or explicit request, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

• Right to access your stored data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing

8. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. The site uses only essential technical functions.

9. Policy Changes

Any material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
